In your customer account, you can view all personalised book orders placed on the Eponi website. To log in, go to the following page: www.eponi.co/my-account
You will then be asked to enter your login details. The email address you used to create your account, and the password you defined when you created your account.
To change your password, log in to your customer account and click on : Account information. On this page, you will be able to change your password.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, go to the ‘My customer account’ page, which can be found via a link at the bottom of every page on the site, and click on : Lost password?
You can only create a customer account when you place your first order on the Eponi.co website.
Once you have validated your order, in other words, once you have confirmed the payment and your order has been accepted, the book is immediately created. It is then no longer possible to modify it. We therefore recommend that you check your personalised choices carefully before sending your order.
Once your order has been definitively confirmed (after payment), it is no longer possible to cancel it as it is directly produced.
Orders placed on the site can only be paid by credit card. All types of bank cards are accepted and the transaction is secure. Eponi has no knowledge of your bank card number, everything is done bank to bank.
Eponi doesn’t have sales, but fair prices all year round. Eponi’s personalised books are always by far the cheapest on the market.
